Many companies, when setting up their website, often save time by writing the content really quickly and put very little thought into the overall message. Keyword research and search engine optimisation is a key factor of any website, which means spending time on the copy. If you are not using internet marketing and SEO on your site then potential customers won't find your site.
Below is a list of tips for writing SEO and website friendly copy:

•  Make a plan of what you want to write.
•  Make a list of keywords that are true of your company and service you provide.
•  Try to think like your customers and use keywords and phrases that will help potential customers find what they are looking for.
•  See what your competitors are doing. If there is something you like, copy it.
•  Don't waffle on and repeat yourself.
•  Read through your copy and make sure it flows well with no spelling mistakes.
