How to get your Tweets Ranked?

As we know social media is a bigger part of SEO than anyone could have predicted and is becoming one of the most important factors in helping to gain better SEO results but the buck does not stop there and it is now a fact that you can get your social media ranked on Google due to the introduction of social search.

Social search was actually launched in October last year but it is only now that SEO specialists and day to day users are starting to see the benefits although as with any new functionality there are still things to make amendments to but social search is not going be a flash in the pan, it is here to stay so start using it.

Social search results (when logged in) include tweets that are based around the search term that you have entered, and these tweets are ranked in a very similar way to websites. Where website page ranking takes notice of things such as the links that the website has tweets are ranked based upon how many followers they have that are related to the topic, basically the more followers a tweet has then the more relevant and reputable it becomes on the social search and so on.
