SEO Junkies are now on Google Plus!

Google+ has recently been released to businesses –at last! Using a similar system as Facebook, Google+ allows you to create pages for your business, although these seem to be similar to the individual user pages.

Being experts in social media optimisation, SEO Junkies have decided to try it for ourselves and we now have our own Google+ account! We’ll be using the social media site to let you know what’s coming up for SEO Junkies. We’ll also be giving you tips about SEO and social media marketing techniques so that you can make the most of Google+.

If you have a Google+ account already we would love to hear from you. And if not, why not? Social media marketing is all about broadening your reach and the best way to do this is to carry out social media optimisation across all platforms. Different social media sites will attract various markets and offer different advantages so reasons can be found for using each. The implications of Google+ on SEO are still being explored and it can be expected that the search engine giant will make some connections between the social media site and the search engine, as explored in some of our previous social media optimisation blogs.
