Another very clever move by Google! They have been offering the option to sign up for your own Google account for a while now to help synchronise preferences on computers, laptops, tablets etc. Now they have taken it one step further, from now on anyone who wants to sign up must also register for Gmail and Google+ accounts too.
Interestingly the amount of Google uses have doubled in the last 3 months and now has 90 million global users. Most probably because of Google+ and the forced sign-ups to Gmail.
This is obviously the question on everyone’s minds; while users are inputting age, location and joining friendship circles, search engine results are becoming more personalised and relevant to each users preferences of age, location and friends influences. Search engine optimisation is bound to change with the ever growing Google adjustments, whether SEO will need to be more personalised, targeted at more specific “friendship” groups of people, or maybe PPC will thrive with these changes it is hard to tell in these early stages. What we do know is that SEO Junkies are always on top of these search engine optimisation developments and are still continuing to achieve great results every day!
