Head of Compliance

Roles and Responsibilities



  • Spot checking the delivery of three teams:
  • o Account Managers

    o Copywriters

    o Developers

  • Analysing report data to ensure that all employees within these teams are:

    o Meeting their KPIs

    o Working at capacity

    o Adhering to internal processes

  • Creating monthly schedules for all teams

  • Iteratively spot checking all teams

  • Ensuring all teams are productive and delivering based on their KPIs

  • Liaising with the Commercial Manager to ensure smooth customer service

  • Liaising with HR to ensure that all employee HR records are kept up to date for all employees within the three teams

  • Ensure continuous business development and growth

  • Managing Customer Relations Issues

Essential Skills

  • Strong interest/passion in Resource Management
  • Good written English
  • Good communication skills
  • Multi tasking and making progress
  • Experience in managing people and/or Projects
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Hard working and dedicated to getting the job done properly

Desirable knowledge, although not essential:

  • Knowledge of Online Marketing
  • Experience working with Agile Methodologies
